Rides Starting in March! Watch the Calendar!
To promote bicycling for transportation, recreation and better health;
To encourage and assist beginning riders, welcome new members and be a diverse and inclusive club;
To schedule club rides, hold monthly meetings and offer social events;
To connect riders of similar skills and interests;
To educate members in safe riding practices and bicycle maintenance; and
To work with the village to improve cyclists' safety.
Everyone is welcome to join a DGBC ride. We limit non-members to two rides per season.

Please join us to learn about cycling safety and accident management from the expert.
Brendan Kevenides is an everyday Chicago cyclist and a personal injury attorney with 23 years of experience. In 2012, he started his own law firm dedicated to bicycle law and representing riders. In addition, Brendan offers resources to the cycling community through his blog, The Chicago Bicycle Advocate, and other cycling publications. He contributes to building robust a cycling community through advocacy with Ride Illinois, working cycling events, and sharing his insights with cycling clubs.
Brendan will start speaking at 7:00 pm. Please arrive earlier to visit the Skeleton Key bar for your beverages before the program begins. Bill C and Joanne K are delighted that he has agreed to speak to the club again. We always learn a lot from him and are conficent that you will too!
